The Yolo County Law Library Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, June, 25, 2026, at 12:15 PM at the YOLO COUNTY LAW LIBRARY, 204 4^TH STREET, SUITE A, WOODLAND, CA 95695.

1. Roll call

2. Public Comment: This is the opportunity for members of the public to address the Board on subjects relating to Law Library business and not otherwise on this Agenda

3. Conflict of interest code went before the Yolo County board of supervisors on June 2, 2026 as a consent item. The minute order reflects the item has passed. Per Governent Code Section 87302(b) We must submit a new form 700 with in thirty days of effective date of conflict of interest code.

4. Action Items

a. Approve meeting minutes for April 23, 2026, meeting

b. Discuss and vote on additional budget line-item for substitute pool

c. Discuss and adopt after-hours access for board members

d. Approve 2026-27 budget of $195, 006. or $199,616 (total appropriations/financing uses).

a. 2025 Budget to date Actuals

b. Court Distributions for March and April ($15,479.05, $14,192.83)

c. Combined Reports as available.

Notice to the Public: The public has the right to comment on any item listed on the regular meeting agenda before or during the consideration of that item.
