The Yolo County Law Library Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, September, 17, 2026, at 12:15 PM at the YOLO COUNTY LAW LIBRARY, 204 4^TH STREET, SUITE A, WOODLAND, CA 95695.

1. Roll call

2. Public Comment: This is the opportunity for members of the public to address the Board on subjects relating to Law Library business and not otherwise on this Agenda

3. Welcome Judge Rayhill to the board.

4. Action Items

a. Approve meeting minutes for July 23, 2026, meeting

b. Resolution in honor of Judge Wolk’s service

c. Consider and adopt annual report to be submitted to the Yolo County Board of Supervisors

d. Consider and adopt amending Commercial Account policy to reduce the required minimum balance from $5000 to $2000.

e. Discuss and adopt after-hours access for board members

5. Financial Report

a. Court Distributions for June, July ($13,599.02 received 8/12/26; )

b. Passport activity July and August

c. Bank statements for July and August

6. Law Library Director’s Report

7. Agenda building

8. Next regularly scheduled board meeting Thursday, December 4, 2026

Written comments received after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday will be distributed to Board members and made available to the public for review after the Law Library opens the following morning.
